What exactly is GigoStream IPTV?▾

GigoStream is a subscription streaming service that delivers live American television and on-demand video over your existing internet connection instead of a coax cable or satellite dish. One subscription unlocks more than 50,000 live channels and roughly 180,000 movies and series, streamed through the IBO Player app on a single authorized device.

Which app do I need, and is it the only one?▾

IBO Player is the only application GigoStream supports. It runs on Android phones and tablets, Windows 10 and later, macOS, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android TV boxes, and LG and Samsung smart TVs. Our step-by-step setup guide covers every one of those platforms.

How many devices can I watch on at once?▾

Each GigoStream subscription authorizes one device at a time. There is no IP lock, so you can carry that device from Chicago to a vacation rental in Florida and keep streaming — but concurrent playback on a second screen is not permitted under our terms.

How quickly is my account activated?▾

Most orders are provisioned within 10 minutes of payment clearing. Your playlist credentials arrive on WhatsApp, you register them once in the IBO Player portal, and the channel list appears on your TV without any further configuration.

What internet speed do I need for 4K?▾

A stable 25 Mbps connection comfortably carries a 4K UHD stream. HD channels are happy at 12 Mbps, and SD works from around 6 Mbps. Wired Ethernet always outperforms Wi-Fi for the highest bitrates during live sports.

Do you carry NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL games?▾

Yes. The sports tier covers NFL Sunday slates and the Super Bowl, NBA regular season and playoffs, MLB through the World Series, NHL including the Stanley Cup, plus college football, PPV boxing and MMA. Browse the full channel lineup to see the categories.

Are local US network affiliates included?▾

They are. GigoStream carries ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, CW and MyNetworkTV affiliates from the major designated market areas, so local news, prime-time shows and regional sports stay in your guide.

What happens if I want to cancel?▾

Nothing to cancel — GigoStream plans do not auto-renew. When the period you paid for runs out, access simply stops until you choose to order again. Our refund policy explains the two circumstances in which money can be returned.

Is my payment information stored?▾

No. Payments run through a secure third-party processor and GigoStream never receives or retains full card numbers. See our privacy policy for the complete list of what we do and do not hold.

Can I earn money reselling GigoStream?▾

Yes. Our reseller program supplies a management panel, credit-based provisioning and marketing assets so you can sell subscriptions under your own brand across the United States.
